Yes, sort of....you'll need the NX seat pan, as well, though. The reason for this is the seat pan mounts are different between the G20 and NX.
There's two ways of doing it. The first way (easiest) is to pull the lower cushion off the G20 seat pan and use the NX seat pan in it's place The issue with doing it this way is the thigh bolsters on the NX metal pan are shorter than the G20's bolsters. In other words, the side support for the cushion will suck.
The second way is to use the G20 metal pan and graft the pan mounts from the NX pan to it (ie. use sheet metal screws or new tack welds). The NX's are side mounts, as opposed to the G20's bottom mounts. Ie. the NX seat mounts between the rails and the G20 mounts on top of it's rails, hence, why the NX seat sits lower. There are 16 tack welds per seat that will need to be drill out to remove the NX mounts. Also all of the hog rings need to be undone to swap the cushions, as well. Those 2 things are the most difficult part about the swap. The seat backs are interchangable on either rail, 4 bolts/seat....easy.
There will be a larger gap where the back meets the bottom cushion when going with G20 seats on NX rails, however. It does put the headrest in the right spot for taller drivers, though.
