Thread: Need help with drum brakes

Hey guys I didn't know where else to post this so here it is. I'm helping my brother with his drum brakes on his 97 200sx. What size socket do I need to remove the hub? Thanks guys.

Is it 32mm like the front?

Finished the drum brakes today. Never ever doing that again, next time my brother is on his own.

I know right? Yeah those drums are terrible. Can't believe those still come standard on some cars being built today. Hey I'm glad someone finally responded to my thread.

at my work we call them "old man brakes" lol. i can't stand doing them, my 1st pair i ever did years ago was me walking out to the garage and my dad saying "fix this" and he took apart both sides so i had nothing to look at lol. i still can't believe disc brakes do not come standard on every car nowadays, but..that's why i will only get cars with all 4 disc! haha. good job doing them, and sorry we didn't get to you faster!
