How hard is this to do? what parts am i going to need

Clutch pedal
Cluth cable
transmission
Flywheel
Clutch and PP
Throw out bearing
Shift linkage
Shifter

There may be a few other things. It is a lot of work.

Tranny
Slave Cylinder
Clutch
Flywheel
Pressure plate
LSD axle?
Brake & clutch pedal
Shifter rods
Manual motor mount (possibly x-member?)
Rewire pnp sensor
Possibly ECU
Clutch fluid reservoir with bracket
Clutch line/clip

Hardest parts is getting that template cut out for the clutch pedal, and rewiring (if needed)

This was my list for a B15

small 5speed brake pedal / the auto brake pedal is long as a surf board.
drill holes for clutch pedal
alignment tool for clutch
I would recommend a 5 speed ECU

And for the price of all those parts you could have got a stick cheaper. I hope you have hook ups... your going to need it.

^You should be able to by a whole swap kit for $500-$600

FYI, I paid $900 shipped for everything, and that included a B15 LSD tranny.

^I was thinking in terms of a B13/B14 - 5 speed swap kit. The B15/P11 tranny for $900 shipped is a good deal alone. I see he has a B15 SE, so I guess he is talking about that car, or a rare 93-94 / B13 SE-R with a auto tranny.

I searched local yards in the northeast on car-part.com and found a few with "non-LSD" B15 trannies. I just asked everybody to send me pics (so I could see if it was actually a LSD) and the place I got it from charged $300 + $125 shipping. I said cool! LOL Then, a few days later, I found another spot that had a wrecked B15 5spd and asked them to send me all the parts I listed above. $400 + shipping for those parts.
