I have a front and rear. Install was pretty straight forward. In the rear you have to drill some holes in your trailing arms to mount the bar, but nothing hard. It's been 5 years since I've put them on, and even then I swaped them over from my daily to this ride. But, an improvment was very much noticed, I can remember that.

I'm back at work in Antarctica for the season. If you need anything I am selling or a step-down harness please be patient as we do not get access to the internet often.
If you’re curious about the field camp I'm at this year Google "Pine Island Glacier" or check out the weather cams we have set up there (Cam A & Cam B). Yes, I know its nothing but snow and flat white, welcome to my world...
I've had them on since '99 or so and didn't like them at first because with the eibach/tokico set up my car had allot of oversteer, I love the way the car feels with the Shigspeed, it's very neutral now. So if you plan to do it you will need a really good coilover set up with travel in the rear or become a pro drifter to keep the car from oversteering so bad.
I had ST's on my b13 and they were a PITA to install seriously but I liked the results. Although people say that Progress makes better bars...does that now make me one of those people???
