Thread: T Shirts

Well folks, we have an interesting problem to deal with here. And a solution that everyone is sure to enjoy.

I had to order the shirts back at the beginning of March to be sure they would be ready for the convention. At that time, not many smaller sizes (s & m) had been ordered. Then it turned out we could not get small in the color we picked. So I slightly upped the order for med to include those who had ordered small and some extras for those who registered later. It turns out there are more smaller people than I anticipated. So, during registration on Thursday night, we ran out of medium shirts. People were kind enough to take large in place of medium, leaving us short on large shirts. These circumstances create the problem.

Now the solution. The guy we had make our shirts still has the screens and has agreed to make additional shirts for us. Since I have to make a few anyways, I can get as many extras made as requested. This run will be in royal blue only. If you preordered and did not make it to the convention, whatever size you ordered will be coming to you soon. Note that if you ordered small you will still get medium. We do have a few shirts left and they will be sent via USPS. I am going to open this up to anyone else who would like to order a shirt. This will be a group buy and the link is below. ONLY order shirts in the group buy if you want additional shirts. If you already paid but didn't receive shirts because you didn't attend, those will be in my order.

I know the deadline was yesterday but wanted to let you know if you end up with any extras i would love an extra large and a 2xl. Let me know.....Thanks

how do I get the 2 shirts I ordered but couldnt make it to the convention?

how long before the shirts will be sent out?

THe shirt order is being placed Monday. I'd like to guess a week or two, but I'll know for sure then.

I'm running a little behind because of work. The order will go in on Friday. If you wanted one of these you still have a chance to jump in now.

I had a limited number made in black that we gave to instructors at track day. It uses a different set of screens than the blue shirts. I am only having blue shirts made to be able to send those who bought shirts but didn't get one becase we ran out. I decided to open it up to the general public as a courtesy.

I called today to see what's up. Our guy is still looking for shirts in the same color. It appears that when we had the initial run made, we purchased all of the royal blue shirts in the system. No worry, he'll be able to get some. Just a bump in the road. I was told he should have them in a week or two. After that it shouldn't take long for them to get done. I'll post more specific timeline updates as I receive them.
