The WP pulley will not matter, it is just an issue with the timing marks on the Crank pulley.

Hey Greg so how does this work, set it to 17 to achieve 15 deg timing??

i re-checked my timing, i had set the base timing in accordance to the OEM pulley marks, so when i checked it again with the above numbers greg has given it turns out my timing was at 22 degrees, ive turned it back down to 15 degrees now

It depends on what version of the pulley you have. If you have the original G-Spec pulley and want 15 degrees of base ignition timing you should set the timing at 17 degrees as shown on the pulley. If you have Version 2 of the pulley (and it will say this engraved by the timing marks) then the pulley timing marks are accurate, and you should treat it as you would any normal pulley.

I'm sorry but I don't think Gspec Version 2 pulley is released.

As far as how many degrees the pulley is off, opinions differ.
My advice is use stock to set timing and then use any pulley you want.

Uhhh, I recall it being available quite a while ago.

Regardless, I have one in my possession, so I know they were released.
