Built VE that has held up?????
Who has a built VE that has held up to daily driving?
The reason I ask is because I don't know of any, all that have been built that I know of have exploded or broke and sitting, whereas a stock VE around the 200hp mark just keeps running..

The trans is the biggest problem. I had a 210ish NA WHP VE in a B13 and by far the biggest problem was the trans. And overheating issues. It wasn't a daily driver but I drove it often. Blew the head gasket once and the clutches twice. It's a great engine but swapping in comes with its issues.

Don't listen to Jordan, yet again is he spouting bull shit information.

Yes we have weak trans but for n/a they are fine, and that's not even what you were asking.. I have swapped more 've engines then I can remember an not 1 has had overheating issues but again notnwhat you were asking...

Sr20s are picky about how they are built regardless of de or 've it has to be done just right..

Most of the engines that fail are ones that have been improperly sleeved for bigger pistons

yes i remember everybody talking about if you do this to a ve u can make 250 whp all motor
If you do this crank and this block work you can make 250 whp.
I hear nothing of any of that now and every built ve i know that works is a drag motor which is useless to me.
Im just curious if anybody has 1 build making good power and its not broken.
