The crank is a 8 CW original SR20 (the heaviest of them). Just balanced and polished.
I bought everything as this so just went with it, and as I've heard it is the strongest and has the mass closer to center for more response.

intake part 1
Finally got some work done again.

Got my hands on a 4cm thick black hard plastic plate and will try to make my own intake of that and fiberglass.
Made a base plate of the plastic, ported all 4 runners and put on construction foam to make a mold for the fiberglass.
Pictures will speak for itself:

The specs I'm working of is runner length of 20cm, diameter of 5cm, dome volume 2300cc and 90mm throttle body.

Hope it will get enough air trough the beast and even flow to all runners.
I was thinking about making some flaps/notches inside to direkt the flow agains runner nr one and two. Is it necessary?

To be continued...

Intake part 2
The Intake is now ready.

Runners are match ported to head and ported out quite a bit out to the plate.

Volume is about 2,5 Litre and throttle is 90mm.
Fitted a original Nissan TPS sensor with some grinding and cutting.

Looks good! Props for some ingenuity. Is the base plastic? and the plenum sheet metal?

Curious to see how its going to react to the 2.5L plenum (does look a lot bigger though) compared to the 3.5L Xcessive plenum

Thanks,
Its not plastic but a hard poly based plate or something like that.
The plenum is fiberglass.

Its looks a lot bigger because you cant see the 4 cm thick plate taking up a lot of volume inside the plenum.
