Thank you for all response.
I'm a practical man so real experience is the thing to go for.
Therefore I'll go for a custom made intake plenum on original SR20VE runners and either Q45 or custom 90mm throttle body.

Since this is custom made I'll like to keep the pricing between me and the fabricator. The same for the specs.
They coated it.

@Bullit hayward can make you a plenum for 1200us proven in honda world to make well over 300+ hp

A little update

As you can see I've received the header end front pipe. Perfect fit!

The most of the parts are now in place.
Missing som electronics and hoses and intake of course.
