My new header
So my custom tri-y somehow got "lost" while I moved house and I had to get a new header. Non of the header guys really wanted to build a n/a header as it's "too much work". So I bought a welder, some bends, fired up my grinder and pieced together my own header.

It's not finsihed yet but you get the idea. Getting it welded up buy a proper welder. Decided to go 4-1 again. stepped and nearly equal length as best as I could get it.

That looks badass. Hope it performs as such. Great job.

Thanks guys. It is a pita to build I won't lie. Perhaps with a cut-off machine it would be easier.

Also, The radiator fits if it's in place. And the header fits if it's in place. But installing the one once the other is installed is pretty much impossible. So I need to go half size honda now.

Will a 45mm core do the job? I'm trying to find a 2" core...?

Nice work. We did bought cutting mashine to as it helps a lot. Also got recently TIG welder...

Good work, lets see how it will perform, but design looks good.

Ok header and down pipe is finally complete. Just have to send the header for ceramic coating now.

It's by no means perfect but it's pretty decent to me, especially since I've never tried something like this before.

Did you test fit it on the engine and do any testing? If it were me, I'd have wanted to check it out before having it coated.

Looks awesome.

Looks very similar to mine. Props for making your own from scratch. I modified the PLM or whatever b18 4:1 to fit.
