a common mistake is reversing the fuel lines. I and many others have done this when swapping in our VEs.

Ok,problem was the clogged injectors. We tapped it and the car fired up. Now just waiting for the injectors to return and we will retry the start up. Looking good so far.

Hey Guys,

Finally did a dyno today. It was on a dastek dynamometer. Unfortunately the tuner here is encountering Nismotronic for the first time. I had to show him what functions were where and what but he caught up quickly!

Now for a brief specification of the final product.

Nismotronic
SR20VE
N1 CAMS geared @ 0,0
3angle and very mild throat port and polish
4-2-1 fuji header
2.5" mandrel from secondary to back.
1.5mm (1.0+0.25+0.25) metal gasket
n1 pistons with valve pocket done.
20de T/body
switching at 6000rpm

I am sorry but numbers are at the flywheel, but this HP graph below @ the wheels was 186 if i heard correctly. could not get a print.

The second graph and numbers are in Nm.

Sorry guys

Graphs below were 4th run.

HP

TORQUE

4TH & 5TH RUN Horsepower

They say, nice curve, and rev limiters need to go higher. and cam degreeing needs to be done too. switching slightly lower. but is 205hp (186whp) good?

your actually about par for HP

If you don't mind re doing the exhaust or mind a bit more noise 3" piping from the header back will make a bunch more power. This is pretty inexpensive.

Changing cam gear might yield some more power +5/-5

Is the air fuel close to 13:1?

Using atleast a 3" intake pipe?

That's about it, unless you spend big bucks on custom header/ kelfords / intake plenum and pipe

hey @Haulin200sx

yeah we are gonna do a +3/4/5 on the intake first and let the exhaust stay at 0 for now. But i will also highlight the -5. Thanks bud.

We also suspect that there is a possibility there is breathing restrictions because of the throttle & intake size, What do you think? The curve is is a very steady linear curve. We are also thinking of a 70MM upgrade and like you said a 3" or bigger intake pipe.

MAF delete is also in progress. 3Bar GM Map sensor for the win.

The air/fuel is 12.5:1 to 12.8:1 which is pretty rich i think. This was using the dyno facility's wideband. I have yet to fit a wideband. Bu the car is definitely drinking fuel like a fish. I am not quite sure what is going on.

I just did a mandrel bend from secondaries to back! hahaha. thats cost some $$$. So i shall hold that exhaust thought for now. haha.
