Help ve'd b13 with code 21 on ecu
Hi everyone at this point any suggestions would be highly appreciated. My b13 recently started giving me a sputtering type issue every morning during start up. By the time the car warmed up most times it would go away. Yesterday the car's idle got really bad almost like if it had very aggressive cams. My first thought was well maybe my vvl solenoids got stuck on but I disconnected them and even ran straight power to them to see if they were working and they both clicked how a solenoid should.I removed the msd blaster I had on it and installed a stock coil. I replaced the b13 de dizzy with another b13 dizzy and still the same sputtering. I replaced all four sparkplugs and still the same issue was there . I checked all the sparkplugs wires and I removed them one by one making sure every cylinder was working and every time I removed one it made it worst showing me that the cylinder was functioning.
Things I have replaced;
Dizzy
Ignition coil
Sparkplugs
Self diagnosed ecu and got code 21(ignition signal)
Things removed;
Msd blaster coil
I have a 93 b13 Ser previously owned by Scrildo.
Mods are sr20ve swap still stock
Jk tuned ecu
Msd 6al
Msd switch for vvl act.
EBay headers
Short ram Intake
3" cat back.
Please help!!!!

Find a fsm, it has steps to you take with a volt meter to test the ignition circuit. I had that code on my car too and it was this plug.

Its the plug that goes to the ignitor. I did a continuity test from the plug to behinde it 2" and didn't get anything. It's the same plug as the 02 sensor so I cut that one off since I use a wideband and no more 21.

Thanks I'm gonna try that. My good friend of mine is getting me a FSM that way I can check it. I have Saturday off which is the day I will use to check that out. Again thanks I'll update once I get it.
