nx2000 auto to manual vvl swap issues
Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to post this. I've just converted my nx2000 to a manual and kept the auto harness and swapped out the de for a sr20ve. I can't get it started however. I've ground the brown with white stripe wire off the auto's harness grounded and it'll crank and is getting spark but no fuel . I'm pretty sure I have the fuel lines in the correct spots. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

pull the dizzy and pull the fuel rail from manifold but leave everything plugged in and hooked up. Pull a spark plug wire and put a spark plug in it and lay it on the valve cover. Now with the key to on spin the dizzy by hand and watch to see if the injectors start to spray and the spark plug arc's to the valve cover. Then you will know what your dealing with.

So no fuel is coming out of the injectors. I can hear the pump prime though. I've checked two ecus also.

I don't know too much about the fwd harness. check to see if the fuel injection relay has power. The fuel pump is working if you heard it come on.

So if anyone is interested...the problem was the injectors after all. All 4 were froze. Took them out and gently/a little harder for some and they started working again. Not sure how common this is but hope it helps others.

Yeah they stick sometimes. A tap on the top free's them up sometimes.

I was just surprised that all 4 stuck. I was thinking of having them cleaned by rc engineering.
