Q45 throttle body for the Xcessive plenum kit
Hello,

I just bought a Q45 throttle body for a Xcessive inlet but the throttle body came like one big part where there are 2 valves in. 1 is closed (throttle cable) and one is open (some sort of big grey thing attached to it). Did i bought the wrong one or how do you dismantel it to fit?

If the TB is the 3.5" one, you have the right one. Post a pic and we will be able to tell.

There is a warming valve on them. It is a spring that when cold keeps the throttle open, when warm it closes. You can remove the wheel and cut off the extra metal. I will be doing this to mine soon.

Took off the warmingvalve:

Is it possible to also remove this vacuum valve? What function does it have?:

How does it work with these sensors? The right ons is on the warming valve and the left one is on the throttle valve, what functions have these sensors?? One has to be the TPS, but wich one?

That one looks like the throttle by wire one, not the older throttle cable one.

This is what it should look like.

There is no where to attach the throttle cable to. You will need a new one, from 90-96 Q45. Put this one back together and sell it on ebay.
