Why didn't u just relocate the fan to I front of the radiator?

Keeping the air conditioning.

as per Thor's suggestion, you use slim fans 12~14" like the Spal variety, put on the front of the AC condenser in a push configuration, works well.

the better blades are the s-blade variety with the reinforcement ring around the outside, quieter and more CFM.

In the P11 the power steering cooler will have to be relocated or modified.

In my car the fan at the header is in front of the rad and the other fan is in the usual place.... I think u have a better header now anyways.... Just my unproven opinion.... But for those that wanna do the 20v header I do believe its quiet possible
