The jgy pp is most likely at fault for the disc.. my jwt pp an b15 disc had put up with much worse lol.. either that or your missing dowel pins..

An ya the fx clutches have a great pedal feel.. almost softer then my jwt pp..

Good thread. Why such an agressive clutch on a n/a set up?

Same question. Over clutching the car is just as bad as under clutching.

How would too much clutch be just as bad as not as much? Clutches wear when the pressure plate is pressed and released. TQ should be at its lowest during these two points.

Horsepower cannot break a clutch because horsepower is defined as work over time.

Torque can, along with a multitude of other human related events.

@ny5speed can confirm an FX500 in a "lowly, under-powered VVL N/A" engine.

Because about 100 different people told me to get this clutch, AND there's possibility of boost in late summer, might as well be prepared in case (I'm exaggerating about 100 people telling me to get it, but there were a lot, and the clutch was difficult to get, so it must be good)..
