see today its really hot, and it did it for like 3 minutes after i let the car warm for about 2 or 3 minutes.... Then all the way home it had good pulls. I dont know. Its hit and miss... makes me think i need different plugs and wires and a beefy coil make sure everything there is good, and then go from there.

I am using calum basic with a consult. Weve messed with the K value. What it needs is some revised parts and a dyno. I dont know how its gonna get tuned though unless i get a realtime. I dont know. It seems to run good, i just need to get that boost controller and get rid of this problem. I also have an 02 induction manifold with a rev hard log e.mani FYI.

First off I will say stop stepping into the car. Remember forced induction is not very forgiving. Please get all the bugs worked out and put the car on a dyno or tune it with a wide band. It would suck blowing your motor because of the fuel / timing be off.

Pressure test the system and look for leaks. Also get the right plugs and what not for the car. After you are 100% sure about all that then tune or have the car tuned.

You have many options for tuning. If the ECU is dead on then the car can be dialed in just by adjusting fuel pressure and timing. In order to make this happen all your sensors have got to be dead on. If not then a S-AFC can do the job or somthing of that nature.

Not trying to be a dick I would just hate to see you really hurt the motor..

I understand, I wonder if anyone can dyno tune it around here though. How would anyone go about tuning it even on a dyno? I know you can look at the numbers and the curves and all that and then adjust from there, but how would you adjust, just with fp and timing, or is it more then that. I have been trying to read about tuning, but it seems like you need more electronics to be tuned well.

See I can make adjustments to the ecu as well, but i have to see whats going on then take the chips and reburn them and blah blah blah im sure you know how it works. Other then that its just fuel pressure? Im sure the you can hear the noob screamin hrough this post right now. I need to do some more homework.

Thanks for the help

Don't waste your money upgrading the ignition. OEM parts are just fine up to around 400-500whp

then we just need base numbers and then adjusments and work from there. need to start
calling around to the dyno places around here.
