Choke size.
Wondering what effect choke size has on performance? Also the design, is there an optimal size / length and what it does to the performance of a set-up? Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

All play a huge role. Proper length, steps, choke, etc all come together to make a good header. It also depends on your build. Need a run down on what you have to give advice. There are specs for a good 2.0 header on here.

Thank you for the reply.
My build is, standard 2 litre block, with decent port work, N1 cams, complete N1 intake, Q45 MAF.
The headers are standard primaries with modified secondarys to a 2.5" mandrel bent , no cat, resonator and muffler.

Hope that helps.
