Is there a big difference going from no VVL to VVL??
My Ve got swapped last week, but I jus been so busy workin that I haven't had time to get my msd 8969 wired in.So I been riding around with no VVL;compared to the DE......I'm loving it so much better. Also I did get a chance to get my sr16 cams installed.....Im jus wondering how much better will she feel when that VVL pops???

Huge difference the ve is stong and very peppy without the vvl activated but once I got mine hooked up it spins tires in first when the vvl activates at 5000rpm like a turbo car lol I love

was that at the 165whp you have in that dyno video? Looks faster than mine lol

@ op VVL is awesome.. When it hits VVL its a whole new sound exactly like in the video.. You literally feel a instant power increase lol

Yes sir thats @ 166whp thing is nuts and I just found out that the whole time after I did this swap that my fuel pump holder was full of sandy hardened rust residue and the return line that goes in the pump holder was completely clogged shut so not only was my dying pump not sucking up enough gas the return was clogged so all that fuel that was supposed to be being returned was just sitting In the return line!! Went to the junkyard and got a q45 fuel pump installed it and now its a night and day difference this shit pulls extremely hard now and the vvl pops much louder before I would spin first for a little but now it spins from 5000rpm straight to the 8000rpm rev limiter and just pounds off the limiter I'm in love with my car all over again woot woot.
