A SR20DE with all bolt-ons will make peak HP at circa 7600RPM, but a full bolt on SR20VE will make peak HP closer to 8000RPM. I know so because my VE made peak power at 7960RPM, and my DE with all bolt ons at 7420RPM ish.
I remember SCC magazine put a 3" exhaust on their NA B13 DE and it lost like 8 ft-lbs down lown, but it did gain some up top. And I think that car had an intake. They were about to throw a turbo on it so they wanted to see what it made before hand.
Your theories are getting very annoying and very far from true. Nobody really cares about your VERY badly done DE "build" because you really dont know how these engine works at all.
Some nice RR dyno from well known JPSR20DET. Stock RR vs. 3" exhaust, 3" CAI and timing.

Looks nice, I've got a side exit too, but its straight through. No resonator or muffler, was intended for a turbo build. If I was planning on staying NA'd I'd definitely put a resonator on.
3" /w cat resonator and Dynomax VT, sounds great, very quiet, and makes good power. Keep a cat, ditch the factory cat for a true 3" cat and you will not loose much but it will be less raspy and less drone.
