You could also just pick up a sandwich adapter for the oil filter and call it a day. They almost always have 1/8 npt ports

Cool beans, also @Scrildo or anyone else, where are you doing coolant lines from?
I was planning on tapping the coolant housings for water feed/return on the VE-I know some say that it's thin stuff and can crack easy but has anyone actually had that happen?
I have a 20V bottom end and I don't have the TB coolant lines to tap into.

My turbo is a precision 6262 journal bearing and it's only oil fed only I did tap the coolant neck on the passenger side once for a water temp gauge with no issues but I don't know how it would hold up for coolant lines. You could get the adapter that goes inline with the coolant hoses one on each side that's always an option.

Okay cool.
Got a link for that adapter you're talking about? Is it the CS one or something that bolts in between the housing and the head that you're talking about?
