Thread: Is 20V the way to go now?

Long story short, been out of the game for a year now and I got some funds now to start a new project.

My previous car had a regular SR20VE with some bolt on's, but now I'm trying to decide if I wanna go the same way or get a 20V instead

A regular 20V complete swap (engine, tranny) is between 2500-3000 USD (would be selling tranny and 20V cams and getting 5spd tranny and N1 cams)

For drag racing, is the 20V the way to go? Or should I stick to the well known SR20VE?

Get the 20v and keep the 6spd trans. I'm running a 200hp ve with 6spd and loving it. It would have been cheaper for me to get a 20v clip in the long run.

keep your P11 VE and buy stuff for it. Valve springs, hicomp pistons, rods ect ect ect.
