Get a fuel pressure gauge. Cheap and it will tell you what's going on. Maybe the g37/g35 pump is not up to the task. Good luck.

i can hear the pump prime on ignition on, now i need to know if the pump actually works after startup. will check later and do an update

Kind of like what happened when I first put my VE together. It would start but cut out. I hooked up a fuel pressure gauge and watched it. Turns out the pump wasn't holding pressure. Internal seals were probably bad.

i have had a similar problem, replaced everything even plugs, dizzy, relays etc. it magically ran for 2 weeks then stopped again. think it maybe the ecu, in process of testing. the same thing happened a year ago, then just worked after 3 weeks of testing everything...

almost sounds like you have electrical connection problems on something critical

Pulled out the floater sensor and fuel pump assembly

Found the Issue to a Cracked Submerged Feed Hose from Fuel Pump, crack was 1.5 inches long and was releasing the fuel coming from the pump back into the tank

here's the cut from the submerged in tank feed line from pump

Crack, unnoticeable until you squeeze the submerged line

Find it abit funny that it could charge the rail n yet not allow more when the motor is running

Well, doesn't take as much flow to pressurize the rail when the injectors are closed

Flow and pressure are not the same thing. Do not get them confused.

i also suspect the G37 pump that i got may be fake and probably does'nt have enough to push the fuel even with the cut on the side of the hose (The Philippines is swamped with counterfeit Parts straight from china/taiwan, the manufacturers have everything down from the packaging/stickers

the rail will only fill up with fuel when i prime the pump and pull the fpr, let the fuel overflow, reinstall the fpr, then start, rpm will climb to 1.5k then slowly drop

if i leave the fpr in position and do ignition on which primes the pump, then start, will get hard starting, then idles only for a sec

its 17552X
