Thread: sr20ve valve clearance stock

well i went to get my n1 cams installed today, well what i thought was n1 cams and the guy i purchased them off sold me stock cams in n1 boxes. not happy

but the guy checked valve clearance and number one cylinder had no clerance at all pretty much. i m finding all different information say that number one has difference clearance etc etc.


can some on help.

it was meant to have n1 cams installed and tuned with the new adaptor running the quad throttle body now for people following my thread

If you still have your stock cams, put them next to the n1's. It is easy to physically see the difference

Sucks that are people ripping others off like this.

Please check this thread before buying any new or used OEM VVL cams.

yeah it was confirmed we have two sets of stock cams. o well valve clearance all done now. back to the same accross all four that should make a difference considering number one had no clearance at all.

and now onto tunning next week.
