I don't see the link in your post, so here it is. They have had this listed for a long time now.

Whats everyone's opinion on this pump is it worth it or are you better off with a de pump?

That will depend on your goals. The standard DE/VE water pump will flow more at low rpm because it has bigger/deeper blades/fins, than the 16VE/N1 pump. The DE water pump with lightweight/underdriven Gspec pulley is perfect for a DD/weekend toy. The N1 water pump is good for high rpm use but if you use a N1 pump with an underdriven WP pulley, you may have overheating issues in hot weather/stop and go traffic.

Edit: Here you go, this has been covered before and this is where I originally got my info. from (back in 2011).

2nd Edit: Keep in mind that the N1 water pump with underdriven WP pulley and overheating issues is just theory as far as I know. I have never read that anybody has tested that combo and had overheating issues. Also, the SR16VE N1 engine came with a larger/heavier underdriven WP pulley from the factory. I bet if your cooling system is in good working order with the proper water:coolant mix (and some water wetter), you would be just fine.
