Thread: help me get vvl to activate correctly..

Go up a steep hill, and hit VVL (safely) - then see if gravity pulls the wires slightly loose.

So I was about to go try n do what storm said when out of no where as I'm sitting in the car the rpm gauge in the cluster dropped to 0 then 1000. I gave it a little blip of the throttle and then it died and refuses to start.. I pulled the codes and got 2-1 ignition signal circuit...

Ok so my code was being thrown because somehow my plug on my coil was slightly loose lol.. Slow kid moment.. Anyways I tried what u said bout going up a steep hill and it was the same result, all the wires are now secure as they can be.. Eggman, any chance u can show me where/how u hooked up the gray wire for the rpm?
