Can i use a t28 or disco potato or will i over spool them with the ve

Our boy Kyle ran one a 2871r on his stock ve. Car was impressive as hell to say the least. Proved to be reliable as well. To be honest though, I would get a nice tubular manifold and a 6262 for a VE even if its stock. The VE's love larger turbos.

a t28 will work ok on a ve, but i wouldn't go any smaller.. a disco is a step in the right direction tho.

Both are small, but the if you have a choice, go with the Disco Potato.

i just want a quick spooling daily on 10 pounds i already have the ve and am running it or i would just go with a det. but i dont want to start over again and i love having vvl

just boost the vvl t28 will be fine

I agree t28 or disco. I will be going t28 on the ve when we get closer to spring. Check the turbo classifieds. There are usually setups on there (mani, turbo, jpipe) cheap. If you have the money for it, absolutely go disco.
