wont turn over
just finished the ve swap and wiring. the ignition will not work. if i just the starter solenoid off the battery it will start right up. i think i might have a bigger issue because this car was an auto 4 door b13 that i did a ve swap in and converted to manual. there is an extra cable going in to the lock cyl, and extra wires near the shifter

Check the flat plug under the dash I told you I forgot before. Its behind the ac/radio.
Also, there is a fuse for the ignition under the hood by the battery.
I have pooped that one by accident before and it will do exactly like you say.

i got all that plugged in, and im using the second harness. the first was missing ass the plugs near the ecu. i think its something to due with not having a neutral safety switch any more.

yeah you have to jump the neutral switch. Thats a given. Its tied in with the inhibitor clutch relay (aka starter)
