Need help to mate a VVL head to Pulsar block
I have a GTIR Pulsar bottom end that I want to install a neo VVL head on to it. My question in this project is the headstuds, what headstuds i should use and what else is needed to be done in order for the head to mate to the GTiR bottom end?

You need to open up the holes for the head studs/bolts and mazworx sells the studs that you well need.

Stock size GTIR head studs are good enough. The head hole needs to be opened out 1mm and the dowel hole on the head needs to match the Gtir dowel size. SR20VET headgasket is suitable. Headgasket dowel holes needs to be opened out as well. Let your machine shop know about this and you'll be ok

I talked to a shop up this way that said you only need to open up the dowel holes. They have done a swap like that which has been together and running excellent for years.

I still got the head stud holes opened up though...your call.
