You will see this comparison very soon. Timed results and actual dyno results will be shown for everyone's eyes to see. Options will be available (coatings and material choices) for your own specific needs. We work personally with 2 aerospace coating houses locally so you get top quality coatings ( if wanted).

Jmr header
Asp header
Ssac

If anyone has another header that is currently on the market that is in their hands wanting to see how it stacks up please contact us and we can make arrangements for testing. (Must be currently on the market for sale).

We will be making these headers in a pre order fashion. group buys of 5 or more are welcome and a discount will be applied to orders of this fashion. Custom orders( coatings/ extra o2 bungs, non a/c engines, rear mounted alternator cars, etc) need to be specified before ordering. Coatings usually take 3-5 business days to complete. We are willing to ship anywhere in the world but payments must be made through PayPal, actual shipping costs will apply along with handling due to paperwork/customs and you also have the option of having these headers crated or sent in a corrugated custom box.

Price: TBA
We are interested in actual power gains instead of just putting our name on something for a profit. We will actually have our hands on this product with testing results done in house. This is just the start of our header designing, big bore header options will also be available, race headers for 2.0 and big bores as well.

Any questions please feel free to ask. As of right now I can not put an exact date that these will be released to the public. It will be soon

20V ported header comparison would be nice too.

@ mark20,

for a 2.0L street car with ac and stock radiator fans, but also a 'weekend warrior', will you consider the ground clearance and other factors relating to fitting/installation?

thanks

On a 4-1 configuration there is not much you can do for ground clearance.

It will be as far up as possible.

there are some that we have seen lately that have the runners so coiled so that @ the straight member area, it's actually the down pipe passing there and not much ground clearance issue

With the limited space associated with AC and factory fans this would not be feasible.

These motors are very sensitive to bends after the first few inches after the choke.

A drag header is a different story.

I would not install a JMR-header if you gave it to me free, and did the installation for me. Fuck that.

I'm with niZmo. I want all the performance possible, with good ground clearance, above the cross-member if at all possible, with a very well designed skid-plate if not, and no real negative issues in the real world, on the streets. I do not want to forced to slow down to a crawl for speed bumps, RR-crossings, and pot-holes. Currently, those road-hazards do not even get me to so much as tap my brakes.

CSK/Hyperco 1" drop on my vehicle, SSAC doing duties.

All the performance possible with no daily-driver downside. Is that too much to ask?

Shawn, you should be alright with that suspension combo. I have a huge 4-1 on my car and it has not scraped once since I raised the car up from the slammed look.

One thing guys need to sacrifice is ride height with a nice 4-1 header. Its like Jamie told me, do you wanna go fast or look pretty? Now i'm riding around 4x4 style.

This was my solution to the space problem.. I hacked the stock fans (cut them half and half) and put a slim one in front. That way I did half of everything. Bought just one fan, remove just one stock, etc. Oh, and I got to keep stock appearance and A/C etc.
BTW: P11 Chassis, 20V header, 97 SR20VE w/N1's

It's an easy/cheap solution to the space problem because of the stock fans. With this in mind, if the design of a new header can take into account this space. It would much better suited for both power production and ground clearance.
