Yes, stock DE ecu with daughterboard (Nistune, Nemu, Calum,... whatever you can get). If you are using stock harness then you cant use VE ecu... you definately played with something (harness, pins, sensors...). Stock VE ecu is weak because of AT trans. Plus your exhaust cam kicks in at 6000rpm!

Do what ive told you while ago and you will be happy.

I watched the video, it didnt look bad to me except that you were shifting a bit early. Try going up like 250-300rpms especially in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear and run that test again.

You´re right I use the de harness with plugs from the ve harness. Sorry my fault

So my times are normal for the changes as I've made it? What I now need to change if I want to drive the DE ecu? Can I drive with my harness? I need a controller for the vvl because the de ecu dont support it right? Which controller is it? Can I use my ve airflow? Which is the best daughterboard?

Normaly I wont the ve stuff... but the performance is too low. If that is not normal, I would prefer to first get the engine as it is to work properly. But if it is normal, I'll probably change it to de ecu.

Get a MSD window switch to control the VVL activation

This one?

MSD 8956 RPM Activated Window Switch | eBay

Can I drive a stock sr20de ecu and the msd window switch for the vvl? And then later change to nistune, or need I that to run the sr20ve with the sr20de ecu?

No. I'd get this one. This is what I'm running:
