Just for reference, we have always tried to use the 93lb springs for N/A app and 123lb spring for turbo applications. After seeing a few of our turbo motors with the 123lb spring come in for refresh and inspection, we've found that the 123lb springs cause slight cam lob and rocker pad wear. These maybe still too stiff for even turbo applications. We have recently built a few more turbo engines with high lift cams and big power apps using the 93lb springs and they have seem to be holding up fine with high revs (about 9500) and the wear seems to be less apparent.

Also some food for thought, most Honda springs are 70lbs-100lbs and we all know how high they are reving their engines to
