Yes I will. 1.67" where the flywheel would lay into the crank.

The Gti-R flywheel is 240mm when the other FWD flywheels are 215mm, I think.

Well punch me in the mouth. This is a first for me, but JWT said it is in fact a press fit flywheel. They also stated in some cases you need to heat up it up to allow it to slide over the register (pilot bearing housing).

So for you JWT people out there your flywheel will fit you just need to press it or heat it up.

Hi Kevin,
The flywheel you sent the picture is for an SR20 FWD engine. If the holes in the flywheel are still for 10mm bolts then it was not used on a GTI-R Pulsar engine which has 1mm larger bolts than the regular SR20DE engine. We never made a flywheel specifically for the Pulsar GTI-R engine and if anyone ordered one for that we would advise them to have a machine shop drill out the holes in the flywheel 1mm larger to accommodate the larger GTI-R Pulsar flywheel bolts.

Also note that this flywheel will be a press fit over the register on the crankshaft and it is sometimes necessary to heat up the register area on the flywheel to about 200 degrees F. and use gloves to then press the flywheel over the crankshaft register. Also inspect the register hole in the flywheel and make sure there are no burrs or damage from previous installations. You can clean it up with some fine emory cloth or or a scotch brite pad if some imperfections are found that would effect the installation.

iirc gtir flywheels use 13mm mounting bolts, fwd sr20 flywheels use 12mm mounting bolts

54C flywheels bolts are 11mm. M11 x 1.25 if that size existed in the traditional sense.

I know this because I just bought some brand new ones.

All I can report is what a technical guy at JWT stated. Since this is my first FWD SR20 can't say what is what. However, just a couple searches provide multiple answers to the bolt size. Everything from M10-M14 with everyone stating different lengths. As long as I know this is for what I bought it for, the bolts are just a thing to make sure fit through the hole in the flywheel and crank without bottoming out or barely being held on.

I just e-mailed them to confirm the part number and that's what I got Happy camper now that I know how to mount the freaking thing. The pulling off part might be a bit of a PITA, but I'll worry about that in 12 months

use the bolt tightening in an opposite order to pull it on, and to remove it just give it a wiggle
