The pistons are not a good option if you are looking for maximum power on a 88MM Build!!!
1. They have too much piston to deck clearance (decrease compression)
2. Piston are too heavy (compared to a stock SR20VE piston)
3. Piston rings are old school (SR20VE are thinner less friction)

With a .76mm headgasket made same power as stock bore with SR16 pistons with the 1.2mm headgasket made less power!!!
I calculated the CR as is now and its around 11.5:1 wish its not ideal for maximum power on pump gas..
I will get a set of CP's done on 13:1 CR and Dyno after to see the difference..
But it will take a while!!
I am all about testing but my budget its limited!!

got dyno sheets?

good update yow

If you haven't yet bought the CP's, JE makes a good 88mm piston too, and is cheaper. There's also a long rod version.

Update on first post!!!
I still dont believe how a set of better pistons can produce 30whp gain but now I am a true believer!!! Also for the the ones that still think that 13:1 CR its too much for 91 octane here its the proof!!!
Also this motor didnt like to run richer than 13.2-4 on 91 octane it made less power on 12.9-13.0!!!

Great powerband. How about an overlay?

I will go another day and grab all the runfiles to get a good overlay but not today!!
