Thread: problems with ve swap

Did you grind your dizzy down like this. My car didnt run properly because of this after i did my VE swap.

Yeah I cut the bottom left off the de distributor. It wouldn't bolt up without me doing that.

Pull the plugs on 2/3 and see if they are wet with fuel, if they arent, you have an injector issue. Also take the wire off of 2 and 3, put an old plug in there and see if you are getting spark.

Why say something like this? This isnt honda tech.

Have already checked and they did spark. And I'm going to check the plugs now and do a compression test.

Not meaning it to sound like a ass hole ish thing, but you know, when hes even asking for pictures of what? welllll? Its kind of self explanatory what we want pictures of.

Also did you just buy the engine and throw it in, did you check compression or pop her open and check anything before you through it in? Could just be you got a lemon. Im not trying to be a dick, but take your camera, start recording, and let us hear whats goign on, let us see how you have your wires, dizzy, everything set up, and maybe this will give us a idea of what is going on. But otherwise its like you holding a gun, and asking us to help you shoot the guy in front of you with your eyes shut....its really fucking hard lol. I have a ve in my b14 and had issues as well, and no one on here helped me get my shit fixed saddly, i kept getting the same response on stuff, but do a video, if you need help knowing how to post a vid on here we will help you get it posted.

I just did a compression test and all cylinders are around 150 give or take 1 or 2 and 2 and 3 plugs aren't wet but the tips are black and the other 2 are white and I'm not sure how to post videos on here but I will try.

Best way to do it is this. Take one, then upload to photobucket, then take the image tag and post the image tag on here will be like [img]http//.com[img] type of thing. And thats it. A video so we can listen and see stuff will help out alot.[/img]

What ECU are you running

He is running a chipped ecu from JKTUNING. B13 maf B13 dist. and VE injectors. 91 sentra 91-92 wiring harness
