They burned down pretty hard. You can't get their airbox. They only made one maybe two.

ARC makes a universal airbox I've seen used with nice effect on VEs.

And its true on K series hondas you can basically just gut your airbox and route it out the back of the engine bay toward the wheel well for fresh air.

gti-r hoods are super nice.. i would make it a working vented hood for intake rather than a turbo cooler... until i got a turbo

TMIC will still suck though, I would keep using it for intake.

ah yes, and more on topic, CAI FTL. I have never liked them, nor have I ever had one. Always seemed like a great way to suck up shit other than air.

I had my CAI through three or four hurricanes in Savannah in '08. No direct hits but got damn close. and then up until this year I had one and had no "sucking" issues (pun intended)

I do like my low end get up and go feel and it doesnt starve for air while shifting.

I wouldn't do a TMIC anyway. I would do a top mount cai

Well i reverted back to WAI and the difference is huge as stated in the initial post, now i have to fill the hole i cut out for the CAI haha.

I also have a gtir hood as i have a N14 pulsar over here in Australia, keeps the engine bay nice and cool the only problem is rain, especially if you want a clean engine bay.

Also have a gtir front bar, so i have a duct running from the foglight cut out up into the engine bay just infront of the pod
