Thanks guys.

A few guys out west have run these gaskets bored to 90mm in the past.

Mazworx will also offer the same service in various sizes. I'm sure Mazworx will agree these will do the job for 87mm and up. For 91mm and up I would recommend a stepped deck block.

^ yup i was gonna throw that in there.

for 90 and up a stepped block is recommend, this means a block that has been sleeved. only a sleeved block can be stepped from talking to kenny.

other wise with a flat deck the 90mm maz gasket will be a better option.

stratton.

A little update:

Gasket is holding up well so far on a 92mm bore. A few heat cycles and some spirited driving (under 5k) last night with good results.

The abuse on the dyno will be the real test coming soon.

Good work, as always from you.

Is it possible to let it bored to 90mm with same results?

Thanks.

90mm is not a problem at all. Mazworx started selling this service on their website for a good price.

I am busy with a few builds and do not have the time to get any done for a few weeks, so if anyone is interested Mazworx may be the fastest option right now.
