^ Price seems good but I am not familiar with that unit. If it switches V-tec on a Honda car then it should be able to switch VVL on a Nissan car. Keep in mind though that V-tec controllers will switch the intake and exhaust solenoids at the same time. You will not be able to switch them independently. The Granatelli dual window switch is an affordable option that can also switch the solenoids independently as well.

a friend just text me and asked if i wanted to buy his apexi vafc ^^^ for 100.00 bucks is that a good deal?

I paid $100 for mine. I bought mine before I bought my VE motor. If I knew then what I know now, I would have bought a dual window switch similar to the Granatelli unit. You can switch the solenoids independently OR at the same time with that unit. Plus it's new and less than $100.

The VAFC will work fine though. $100-125 is about par for the course. I have seen them from $90-$150.
