Yeah there really is no need for the secrets. Literally there is probably countable on one hand on this entire forum that would even consider and has the cash to purchase a nice set of ITB's that work well as well as the standalone to run it and a $1000+ custom header. You really have to be die hard n/a fan to put that kind of money into a motor to see maybe 20whp more than you would with a simple custom intake manifold and good header.

Thats why most people just go turbo. haha.

So why not share what you used.

If I spent thousands of dollars and many, many hours of my time and other's people time, I'd for sure hold on to some info. Put up info only to have people question as to why I used this and not that, should have done it this way, then have other's jock the setup and claim they pioneered it. Or if they jock the setup and does not work out as expected say I was full of shit and was lying.

But mainly intellectual property and capital.

Nobody on here pioneered really anything when it comes to n/a boltons. Again there is a reason all the top n/a cars use ITB's. There just isnt that many on here willing to spend that kind of money on n/a performance compared to the honda crowd, V6 crowd, V8 crowd, and so on. Same goes for header design. Designs that work have been out there for a long time and what parts to use for certain powerbands and certain size motors. People are just now taking the time to have something made specificly for their motors that work the best. Burns which from what has been said that specd out the header Im sure knows their stuff and what works.

It comes down more to those really willing to spend the money on the nice things. Most in our community cant and wont justify the cost vs gained performance for one because they are not looking to compete in all motor competitions with them like the Honda guys are. Cory is the only one soo far on this board that has been going and entering the all motor street class competitions at his local track at least the only one that posts up about it. But again why wouldnt you want to post up about it. I just dont see the point in hiding info. Its nothing new.
