Update: cam caps lost
.... Got a complete set from a p12 vvl.
As miko and ashton said... Torqued down and nope, no movement
Machine shop estimate on monday. Spoke to another local guy and he said he paid 150us to fix a similar problem. I'm hoping he was over charged.
I already surfaced the head, closed the vvl oil inlet and reground valves and changed seals. So I may just machine the clearance.
Was told to go 0.0015" clearance. What you guys think?
