i missed that part.

im curious to see what his last header looked like.

from everything ive seen real world, on honda forums, mags and books and from those who really run fast times all motor...ive always seen fast all motor 4s run a choked header with a megaphone...

Nope. There has never been, in the entire history of the reciprocating piston engine, a reported incident where someone has designed an exhaust collector with no "choke".

Yea if I recall correctly someone here (newbie) cut off his choke and connected his cat back way to early in the header and his car made no power at all.

We don't have permission. But yeah he's talking about h2bnas intake manifolds. Its a stock h22 intake that's had runners shortened and tapered and then a spacer to increase plenum volume...
