what should compression be on built 9.0.1cr VE-T
what should the comp look like on a 9.0.1 cr built VE?
I know its about 250cr on a stock ve..
the motor has about 600 miles on it right now and this is what I got across the board.
210-ish

190-210 is where 9:1 hondas pop... you gotta remember that its going to change depending on cam profile (overlap) -

say you have a b13 and it does 220 on the stock cams and you drop in kelford 272s and it pops a 180... it looks like you lost compression.

More important is that they're all the same.

also - a compression test is not very good at judging anything except if you have a cylinder down. Leakdown is going to tell you whats really wrong.

I did a compression test on a engine once and it showed it being fine - and then immediately did leakdown and had 80% on one cylinder
