Yea, you want a 2.5" collector. I got one off ebay. 2" primary, 2.5 collector, built in flex section and wideband sensor hole in the perfect place. I had to rework the flange a smidge for it to slide on. and I glass blasted the cheap chrome off and painted it with 2000 degree VHT black.

this looks like my SSAC the diff is the collector i think,

I went to the shop today and the guy can make me a tri Y header but is gonna bo carbon steel, he says they dont get thick stainless steel, he tried making stainless headers but they easily crack...

I am going to get a Tri Y design and a 3 inch pipe and a straight thru muffler with 3 inch inlet

should I go with 2 inch diameter primaries? then 2.5 choke then 3ich outlet..

Sounds about right. You should talk to Stratton about the JMR header.
