Also to rev a engine that high, is not only adding S&R but also rocker arms stoppers, Solid Pivots and flat valves. Just to be safe.. That high RPMS are dificult to achieve even i have seen some GT3 cars that make like 250whp with 2.0L N/A engines just reving to 7000-8000 rpms...
As i said before i think that only the kelford cams would give you power that high, and they would need higher compression to get some more power.
