If you look closely one has a higher spring rate than the other, but one has a lower Max Net Lift than the other, so there is a comprimise, I'd say get the one that has the higher Max Net Lift.

I'm still on stock springs myself so take this info with a grain of salt as I don't have first hand experience. I just read and research ALOT!! If you plan on revving the shit out of the motor up to 9 and 10,000 RPM all the time I would think the springs with a 130lb seat pressure would be better for your needs. However if you plan on revving high but not crazy all the time I would stick with the 100lb seat pressure springs with the higher net lift. The heavier spring ones can handle higher load but the lower rated ones will handle high load as well. Also, the 130lb springs will probably wear down your cams quicker. I rememer a knowledgeable member posting something along these lines before. If you search there are tons of threads about Supertech vs BC springs and lower vs higher seat pressure.

The 100 lb seat pressure springs have been reved happily to 9500 with n1's without problems.

Edit/Edit: There is also this thread started my Miko. http://www.sr20-forum.com/vvl/29255-please-post-up-if-you-have-sr20ve-motor-n1-cams-stock-springs-retainers.html. All of these guys ran stock 20VE springs with N1 cams to 8 and 9000 RPM and I believe the stock seat pressure is 70lbs?? I could be wrong on that though. So the 100lb springs should be more then fine I would think!

130lb springs will also suck the valve back to the seat harder causing more wear over time to the head. Lots of good info and helpful people in this thread!

Reving the engine without making power is pointless...

Now, the N1 cams wont give you power up to 9500rpms...

Also to rev a engine that high, is not only adding S&R but also rocker arms stoppers, Solid Pivots and flat valves. Just to be safe.. That high RPMS are dificult to achieve even i have seen some GT3 cars that make like 250whp with 2.0L N/A engines just reving to 7000-8000 rpms...

As i said before i think that only the kelford cams would give you power that high, and they would need higher compression to get some more power.
