bent ex valve's
ok so i bring my VE head to the machine shop for a clean up valve job and valve seals and i get a phone call the next day from the machinist and he claimed i had 6 bent ex valves wtf! physical timing was correct 20 rollers in between the dots on the cam gears and in and ex 10 oclock & 12 on tdc... but i noticed my tensioner was kinda FUBAR i could compress it half way in with my bear hands.. could this be the cause (he cant find replacement ex valves x_x ) the car ran b4 i took the head off and the compression on all cyl was 225 psi +-2 any thoughts ideas advice would be apreciated
