I think you ought to be looking for a better header too. A 20V or something maybe I don't know I haven't followed all the headers the last 2-3 years all that closely since I was sans vvl
Remember new ignition components could find you a lot of those ponies you feel you may be missing.

so guys, sears has the flex hone (ball hones) and they have butt loads of different grit hones, which grit should i get? im just lookin to clean the bore right, so a high grit would work best for that?
correct. higher grit # is less aggressive. i usually use ATF with it. works great.
