I have yet to see it anywhere on here, but I'm running Pennzoil's Synchromesh. MT90 is your best bet though, I'm only runnig the synchromesh because it was all I could find locally and I was in a crunch.

It seems to be good stuff though, nice smooth shift, I can't really vouch for how it treats my VLSD, after 240k, it's working on hopes and dreams, if it works at all.

Just make sure whatever you get is a GL-4 fluid. GL-5 fluids are notorious for being unpleasant to yellow metals

our LSD is a completely sealed unit. the trans fluid will have no bearing on the performance of the LSD.

German Castrol. Green or yellow. Only available at Autozone afaik. Otherwise its Amsoil for me on everything.

RSP hasn't killed mine. Turbo, VE or just bolt-ons. 3+ years and at least 20k hard miles on heavy RSP. 168k and counting on original gearbox. I could swear it said GL-4 on the bottle.

Really? So you would need to remove the diff in order to change the fluid? That seems intense, wish I would have known that while I had it apart, could have proved beneficial.

I saw a bunch of that greyish metallic past on the drain plug like I've seen on every other vlsd, so I thought it was the same way here...
