SR20VE (20V) Clutch - anyone one knows?
Hi,
I have a P12 Nissan Primera GT. It has the SR20VE 20v Engine (Black top with red NEO VVL) with a 6speed manual LSD gear box. Been searching for an aftermarket or stock clutch kit. Anyone know the specs and where i can find these.

Its a 225mm clutch disc with 24 Spline.
Normally rear where drives come with 225mm but this is a front wheel drive. I'm a afraid the rear wheel drive pressure plate may not fit.

The guys using this box for 6 speed conversions in the USA were using S15 Silvia flywheel and clutch setups.

Where abouts are you? I havent seen a 20v with the LSD fitted stock yet, i know it was a box tick option in Japan.

I think it may be the same as 350z too, but not as sure on that one. Really it depends on your country by what other off the shelf or aftermarket is the easiest option for you.

I'm from Trinidad and i imported this car from Japan. Nissan down here is kinda lame and aftermarket suppliers are not sure what aftermaket kits may work on this, yeah they are lame too. Keep in mind this car is a front wheel drive with a clutch disc 225mm, 24 Spline. 350Z is 350mm, i don;t think it would work. Guess i may have to go take out the damn thing and walk around searching for it

talk to www.clutchnet.com and give them the measurements of your clutch disk and flywheel/bolt hols. Maybe send the photos? I'm sure they can help you find the correct clutch.

Clutch from the SpecV QR25 with 6 speed.

The gearbox is the same as yours except different bellhousing so the spline would be the same.

Ask at B15sentra.net, see if someone has one lying around and can measure it for you.

Or ask this guy if he can measure the clutch for u, pretend to be interested in buying the g/b.

This link has dimensions on the spec-V clutch, spline is correct but size is bigger than what u have posted.

New LuK Nissan Clutch Kit, 06-071

Old thread I know, to to clear up some misinformation in yoshoto's post. Spec V clutches are 240mm while P12 is 225mm, but the splines to line up. If you run a 240mm clutch you need a proper flywheel and to cut the bell housing a little for it to fit.

Now it looks like KA24DE clutches are the same size, 225mm and 24 Spline, that means 240sx and Altima ones should work (which I will find out soon enough).
