If you're talking about Gregory, he is using topfeed injectors. I made over 400hp on 740cc sidefeed injectors on a 240sx but what he paid for those injectors was double what the topfeeds are. You are correct about the capabilities of the larger sidefeeds but you have way more options with the topfeeds. If you try to use them with E85 you won't make much power before you max those side feeds out.

I know Gregory is using top feed injs. I sold him the spacer for his idle control valve so it clears his inj rail.

I am not arguing any other point about the side feed injs only that you have said in other thread as this one they are only good for about 400 WHP tops.

Buying top feed injs is not all that it is cracked up to be, because you have to buy other things to get them running. Seems to me alot of people forget the other thing that need to be bought.

lets say

4 new 72Lb injs cost = $300
Injector clips = $16
New top feed fuel rail = $125
AN fittings = $25
aftermaket regulator = $100

Total about = $566

New Nismo-Tomei 740cc Side feed injs= $552

Drop them in the fuel rail and go. No cutting harness.

NISMO 740cc Fuel Injector S13 S14 240SX SILVIA SR20DET | eBay

New Sard 850cc injs = $470

Drop them right in.

Now if you are runnung E85 that another thing but 95% of the people are running regular gas. Just like the guy so that arguemnet does not pertain.

No argument here. My injectors and rail cost me just a little over $300 dollars plus the cost of the outlaw spacers. I get my injectors from Garry for $280 for four. I made my own rail so that helped with the cost. I have only used topfeed since i had my Pulsar motor from 1998 so never really had to deal with the sidefeeds personally. Some of my customers have used sidefeeds but they all complain about the cost.
